Lowry Pavilion

The Lowry Pavilion is located at Dupree Park near the Thruston House. Funds for construction of the pavilion were given through gifts of the Mt. Vernon Economic Development Corporation and the family of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lowry. The Pavilion is open to the public and is available for visitors to picnic or sit and rest or visit. The facility (restrooms/electricity) is also available for rent; please see our use policy or contact our office if you are interested in hosting an event at the pavilion.
